All collections fair in Brionne, a medieval Norman town on the banks of the Risle in Eure
Every spring, Brionne hosts its All Collections Fair, a must-attend event for collectors from Eure and Normandy. Philatelists, numismatists, collectors of old postcards, vinyl records, figurines, antique toys, and rare objects converge on this medieval town on the banks of the Risle for a day of exchanges and discoveries.
The fair aims to be an open space for all forms of collecting: stamps and philatelic envelopes, coins and banknotes, old postcards from Normandy and elsewhere, vinyl records and 45s, antique toys (lead soldiers, Dinky Toys, trains), old books and bindings, chromos and old papers, local coins and tokens. This diversity attracts a wide audience, from seasoned collectors to curious novices eager to start a collection.
Dominated by the ruins of its 11th-century keep, one of the oldest Norman keeps, Brionne is a charming commune that combines medieval heritage with a green natural setting. The Risle, a Norman river with clear waters flowing through the town, creates a bucolic and pleasant environment. Visitors to the fair can take advantage of their trip to explore the narrow streets of the old town and admire the medieval keep overlooking it.
The Brionne All Collections Fair is not just a place for buying and selling: it is above all a meeting place for enthusiasts. Exhibitors, often specialized in a specific field, willingly share their knowledge and passion with visitors. Exchanges between collectors, unexpected finds, and lively discussions make this fair a friendly and enriching event.
