The annual town-centre flea market organised for charitable purposes
The Saint-Mandé Lions Club is one of the most active service clubs in Val-de-Marne. Built on the values of solidarity and mutual aid that characterise Lions International, it organises several events each year in support of charitable and humanitarian causes. Among them, the annual flea market has become one of the most popular events in Saint-Mandé. Held on Place de la Libération in the heart of town, it attracts private vendors wishing to clear their attics and cupboards, offering clothing, toys, crockery, books and all manner of everyday objects. The market runs from 8 AM to 7 PM, with free admission for all visitors. Covered pitches (4 linear metres) are available at €32 and uncovered pitches at €20, with proceeds going to the Lions Club's social and charitable initiatives.
