Every year for Father's Day, the association Helléan Festif organizes its Rock and Car Boot Sale at the communal meadow of Helléan. The event, named 'Le Sonneur est dans l'pré', offers a day mixing flea market, comics, vinyl records, and open-air rock concerts. The music scene livens up the village streets throughout the day, with bar and catering on site.

Helléan, a small village between Josselin and Ploërmel

Helléan is a small rural commune of 380 inhabitants located between Josselin and Ploërmel, halfway along the RN24. The village is on the edge of the Brocéliande forest, in a hilly landscape of hedgerows and hollow paths typical of the Gallo region. This rural setting brings a special charm to this festive day.

An original and festive concept

The Rock and Car Boot Sale of Helléan stands out from classic flea markets with its musical and alternative atmosphere. Rock, vinyl, and comic enthusiasts meet there as well as traditional bargain hunters. The aperitif concert at the end of the day concludes the event in a warm atmosphere.
