The Sainte-Croix district, located on the other side of the Oust bridge, hosts a friendly car boot sale every summer. Exhibitors set up in the streets of this historic district of Josselin, offering visitors a treasure hunting route through the alleys.
Josselin, an exceptional medieval town
Dominated by the imposing Rohan castle, Josselin is one of the most beautiful medieval towns in Brittany. Its half-timbered houses, its Notre-Dame-du-Roncier basilica, and its cobbled streets make it a prime tourist destination. The Nantes-Brest canal runs through the commune, adding to the charm of the site.
Treasure hunting by the Oust
Access is via the double entrance at the Oust bridge, opposite the Hôtel du Château. Registration is mandatory, either online or by mail, at a rate of €3 per linear meter. Tables, chairs, and umbrellas are not provided.
Car boot sale Sainte-Croix Josselin — edition 2026
The Sainte-Croix district flea market returns in 2026 for its new annual edition in Josselin (Morbihan). Organized by the Sainte-Croix Animal Welfare association, it takes place in the old streets of the medieval district and along the Oust canal, on the other side of the Oust bridge.
Each year, the Sainte-Croix district of Josselin hosts its large flea market for the benefit of the Sainte-Croix Animal Welfare association. Bargain hunters wander through the old streets of the medieval district and along the Oust canal, looking for second-hand items, clothes, toys, trinkets, and crockery.

- Location: Sainte-Croix district, on the other side of the Oust bridge (opposite the Hôtel du Château), Josselin

- Exhibitor pitch: €3 per linear meter, mandatory registration in advance
Food and refreshment stand on site. Public toilets and a square with children's games nearby. The event is entirely outdoors: tables, chairs, parasols, and tents are not provided. Profits are donated to the Sainte-Croix Animal Welfare association.

- Exhibitor pitch: 3 € per linear meter — mandatory online registration on Mybrocante or via paper form accompanied by payment, at the latest one week before.
- Exhibitor access: entrance and zone communicated in the morning upon arrival at the Oust bridge, opposite the Château hotel. Vehicles must be removed before public opening.
- On site: food and drink, public toilets, square with children's games.
- Please note: event entirely outdoors; tables, chairs, parasols, and tents not provided.
