Sewing and Creative Hobbies Flea Market in Chaligny
Chaligny, a residential town located south of Nancy along the Moselle river, hosts a sewing flea market in its multi-purpose hall that delights lovers of sewing, embroidery, and creative hobbies. The event, organized by the association Les Chats de Chali, brings together about forty exhibitors from Lorraine, Alsace, and sometimes Germany.
The stalls are filled with old and contemporary fabrics, laces, buttons, ribbons, fine haberdashery, sewing patterns, wool, beads, doilies, and materials for creative hobbies. Sewers and creators can find supplies at affordable prices for their projects, as well as books, specialized magazines, and miniatures. It's the perfect opportunity to exchange advice and tips among enthusiasts in a friendly space.
Chaligny is located on the left bank of the Moselle, about ten kilometers south of Nancy. This town in the Grand Nancy metropolitan area offers a pleasant setting between urbanity and natural spaces along the river. The multi-purpose hall, located at rue Edmond Pintier, is easily accessible and has parking. Accessibility for people with reduced mobility is ensured.
Entry is free, and the hall offers a refreshment area for light snacks between stands. The atmosphere is particularly warm, with passionate exhibitors who are happy to share their knowledge and tips. The Puces des Couturières de Chaligny is an unmissable event for the creative community of the Nancy metropolitan area and its surroundings.
