2025 Edition Review
The 2025 threshing festival and flea market was a great success at the Saint-Maurice hamlet in Peyrole. Around 50 private exhibitors from Gaillacois and Salvagnacois villages enlivened the day.
Threshing demonstrations with old threshers, draft horse teams and period farm machinery exhibits attracted rural heritage enthusiasts and families. The producers' market, with Gaillac wines, charcuterie, honey and cheese, extended the day's conviviality.
