Collective house clearance sale in Pesmes, one of France's Most Beautiful Villages, Haute-Saône
The Pesmes Collective House Clearance is a unique event where residents of Pesmes open their homes, garages, and gardens to the public. Visitors wander through picturesque lanes, discovering treasures in private courtyards and gardens. A Google Maps guide is available to help browsers find participating houses.
Pesmes is classified among France's Most Beautiful Villages, perched above the Ognon valley with medieval stone houses, cobbled streets, and terraced gardens overlooking the river.
The Vide-Maisons Collectif de Pesmes returns in 2026 to the heart of the medieval village of Pesmes (70140). Organized by the association Culture et Animations Pesmoises (CAP), this collective house sale sees residents open their homes, courtyards, and gardens to the public for a weekend.
A great opportunity for bargain hunters to find antique furniture, trinkets, crockery, books, clothes, and vintage items directly from individuals, in one of the most beautiful villages in Haute-Saône. Free and open access for visitors, from 8 AM to 5 PM. A map of participating homes is available at the town hall and online.
