The Rancé car boot sale, in the heart of Dombes

The Comité des Fêtes de Rancé has been organizing a car boot sale for several years, which has become a must-attend event for treasure hunters in Dombes and the surrounding areas. The event is held every first Sunday of June at the Grande Farjonnière, offering a rural and pleasant setting for visitors.

Outdoor and indoor exhibitors

The originality of this car boot sale lies in its dual configuration: exhibitors can set up outdoors on the grounds or in the community hall, allowing for treasure hunting in all weather. From 50 to 100 exhibitors, individuals and professionals, offer clothing, toys, furniture, trinkets, crockery, and various objects.

Prices and registration

The exhibitor fee is 3 euros per linear meter outdoors (minimum 5 m with vehicle, 3 m without) and 4 euros per linear meter indoors. Registrations are preferably made online, with the possibility of registering by mail (deadline end of May). Waste is not collected: each exhibitor takes their unsold items with them.

Refreshments and festive atmosphere

A refreshment stand and catering service are provided all day by the volunteers of the Comité des Fêtes. The atmosphere is family-friendly and warm, ideal for a Sunday outing.
