The Amicale San-Salvatorienne organizes a spring fair every year in May in Saint-Sauveur, a small village in the Vingeanne valley in Côte-d'Or. Every year in May, the village of Saint-Sauveur, nestled in the Vingeanne valley in Côte-d'Or, hosts its spring fair. Organized by the Amicale San-Salvatorienne, this event is a highlight of the community life of this small commune of 238 inhabitants.
The spring fair combines a car boot sale and a flea market, allowing treasure hunters to find bargains in an authentic village atmosphere. Individuals offer their second-hand items — dishes, clothes, toys, trinkets — on the Place de l'Église and around the village.
Saint-Sauveur is a peaceful commune in Côte-d'Or, part of the Auxonne-Pontailler Val de Saône inter-municipal community, on the border of Haute-Saône. The village has a 13th-century church topped with Burgundian tiles and housing a remarkable Virgin and Child statue. A 19th-century castle adjoins the sanctuary, adding to the heritage charm of this rural town.
The Amicale San-Salvatorienne, which also organizes the traditional football tournament and the "foire à tout" (everything fair) on the second weekend of August, provides drinks and food during the spring fair. Entry is free for all visitors.
