For nearly three decades, Tennis de Table Landivisien has organized a large flea market every Pentecost Monday, which has become one of the most anticipated flea market events in the Léon region. The event takes over the Kervanous hall and the Diderot parking lot, on boulevard de la République, in the heart of Landivisiau, to host between 100 and 200 exhibitors, both individuals and professionals.
Visitors are welcomed from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM. Admission is set at €2 per adult, with free access for children and teenagers under 16 years old. The space combines an indoor area, in the large Kervanous hall, and an outdoor area, in the adjacent parking lot, thus offering many linear meters of exhibition space. Catering, refreshments, and restrooms are available on-site, and parking is accessible in the immediate vicinity.
Organized for the benefit of Tennis de Table Landivisien, this flea market also serves as a way for the sports club to finance its activities and competition travel. The event is managed entirely by volunteers and maintains a friendly and family-oriented spirit that contributes to its longevity and popularity. The 29th edition, held on Monday, June 9, 2025, confirmed the event's sustained appeal. The 30th edition is expected on Monday, May 25, 2026.
Exhibitor registrations are made by mail or by direct contact with the club. As places are limited, it is advisable to register in advance for professionals. Individuals and resellers find a loyal audience here, curious and fond of good deals.
Landivisiau is a commune of about 9,000 inhabitants, located in the heart of the Léon region, about thirty kilometers northeast of Brest. A crossroads town, it has a significant weekly market on Wednesday mornings, one of the busiest in Brittany. It is also known for its parish enclosure — the porch of the Saint-Thivisiau church, a listed Historic Monument, is a major piece of Breton Renaissance art. This tradition of fairs and markets is part of the town's DNA.
The Kervanous hall, the town's main multi-purpose sports and cultural facility, is accessible from boulevard de la République with numerous parking options nearby.
