The event traditionally takes place on the village square.

With only a few hundred inhabitants, Oms is one of those secret villages of the Lower Vallespir that has preserved its authenticity. Perched at 350 meters altitude on the foothills of the Aspres, the village offers magnificent views of the Roussillon plain, Canigou and the Pyrenees.
