Each early July, Mortagne shops hold their annual great sale: two consecutive days of exceptional deals downtown, with stalls overflowing from shops onto the pavement, and a festive mood marking the summer season's start. 2026 edition: Saturday 4 and Sunday 5 July, 10am-7pm.

Deployed mainly around Place Pichat and adjacent streets. Clothing, leather, shoes, deco and gift shops offer slashed prices, up to -70% on some items.
