Monthly Flea Market of Port-Sainte-Foy

A flea market in the streets of a historic bastide

Every second Sunday of the month, from May to October, the streets of the bastide of Sainte-Foy-la-Grande transform into a vast flea and antique market. Exhibitors set up on rue Victor Hugo, rue Alsace-Lorraine, and rue Pasteur to offer furniture, tableware, trinkets, books, vintage clothing, and collector's items.

Port-Sainte-Foy and the bastide of Sainte-Foy-la-Grande

Port-Sainte-Foy-et-Ponchapt is a commune in Dordogne located on the right bank of the Dordogne, opposite Sainte-Foy-la-Grande in Gironde. The bastide of Sainte-Foy, founded in 1255 by Alphonse de Poitiers, has a remarkable historic center with its half-timbered houses and medieval alleys. The monthly flea market benefits from the heritage setting of this listed bastide and its location at the crossroads of Dordogne and Gironde.

An event open to all

The flea market is open from 7 am to 6 pm and welcomes professional dealers, antique dealers, as well as individuals. Entry is free for visitors. The six monthly editions (May to October) coincide with the high season, attracting tourists and residents of the Dordogne valley. Information and reservations can be made by phone.
