An August 15 tradition in Alsace Bossue

The Flea Market and Brocante organized by Union Sportive Sarre-Union is one of the unmissable summer events in Alsace Bossue, this unique region of Bas-Rhin located at the crossroads between the Alsatian plain, Lorraine, and Moselle. Every August 15, the feast of the Assumption, the route de Sarrebourg transforms into a vast bargain-hunting avenue. The event, organized for many years by the local multi-sports club, is part of the most ingrained traditions of the commune.

Up to 200 exhibitors on route de Sarrebourg

On a large dedicated space along route de Sarrebourg, up to 200 exhibitors (maximum set by the organizers) set up their stalls. There you'll find an impressive variety of items: dishes, porcelain, crystal, antique Alsatian wooden furniture, wardrobes, household linen, vintage clothing, old toys, books and comics, vinyl records, postcards and photographs, old tools, agricultural equipment, trinkets, and collectibles. The good balance between private sellers and professional antique dealers guarantees a great diversity of possible finds.

Sarre-Union, capital of Alsace Bossue

Located 70 km northwest of Strasbourg, Sarre-Union (3,200 inhabitants) is considered the administrative and economic capital of Alsace Bossue. An event benefiting the multi-sports club

The proceeds generated by the pitches allow US Sarre-Union to finance its sports activities and especially youth training.
