A flea market in the service of solidarity

The Rotary Club of Saverne organizes its great charity flea market every year on the November 11 public holiday. The 2026 edition will be the 21st of this flea market which has become a local institution. Bringing together dozens of exhibitors, antique dealers, private sellers and professionals, it offers a wide variety of antiques, furniture, dishes, books, vinyl records, toys, clothing, trinkets and curiosities. The originality and nobility of this event lies in its charitable purpose: all proceeds are donated to humanitarian and social actions supported by the Rotary Club, whether local, national or international projects.

Saverne, town of the Rohan castle

Saverne, a town of about 11,500 inhabitants located northwest of Strasbourg, is one of the most charming towns in Bas-Rhin. Nestled at the foot of the Northern Vosges, it is dominated by the majestic Rohan Castle, nicknamed the "Alsatian Versailles", built in the 18th century by Cardinal Louis-René-Édouard de Rohan and which today houses the town museum. Rotary, a club in the service of others

Founded on the international motto "Service Above Self", the Saverne Rotary Club brings together business leaders, liberal professions and local executives engaged in charitable, educational and humanitarian actions. Its annual flea market, 21st edition in 2026, has become one of the club's flagship events and helps fund numerous solidarity actions: aid to people in difficulty, educational projects, youth support, international health and water access actions.
