About Aups Night Flea Market Aug
At the heart of summer, Aups offers its second night flea market on the first Tuesday of August. Town Hall Square (Frédéric Mistral), from 5-6pm until late, locals and bargain hunters gather under the plane trees for a magical evening in the Var's black truffle capital.
The great August flea market
The August night flea market is the second edition of the summer season. Traditionally scheduled for the first Tuesday of August, 2026 edition on Tuesday August 4. August edition is historically the busiest of the two, in peak Haut-Var tourism season.
Place Frédéric Mistral in festivity
Officially named after the great Provençal poet and Nobel Prize winner, Town Hall Square is the ideal setting. Century-old plane trees, cafés, fine town hall facade. In the evening, lit stalls, lively terraces, the sound of the fountain, aromas of nearby kitchens all contribute to a vibrant atmosphere.
