The Langeais Easter Flea Market brings together around 240 exhibitors every Easter Monday in the town center, between the castle square and the adjacent streets. Professional dealers and individuals offer a vast and varied selection: antique furniture, trinkets, tableware, lighting, tools, books, vinyl records, toys, linens, and curiosities of all kinds. From 7 a.m. to 6 p.m., bargain hunters browse the stalls in a warm atmosphere, fueled by the funfair accompanying the event and on-site catering.

Langeais, a Loire jewel between Tours and Saumur

Langeais is a town of about 4,000 inhabitants on the right bank of the Loire, between Tours and Saumur. The town is dominated by its 15th-century medieval castle, famous for the marriage of Charles VIII and Anne of Brittany in 1491. The town also preserves a rich heritage of old houses and troglodyte cellars. The compact and picturesque town center offers an ideal setting for outdoor flea markets.
