The Monthly Outdoor Flea Market of the Maison des Brocanteurs in Châteaudun

From May to September — and sometimes as early as April — the Maison des Brocanteurs in Châteaudun enlivens the courtyard of the Hôtel-Dieu with its monthly outdoor flea market. Every fourth Sunday of the month, the permanent dealers of the house invite their professional colleagues to set up outdoors for a day of treasure hunting in an exceptional setting.

A unique concept in Châteaudun

The Maison des Brocanteurs, located in the Hôtel-Dieu since June 2023 under the initiative of Julien Cohen, created this monthly event to extend the flea market experience beyond the walls of the house. The inner courtyard of the Hôtel-Dieu, with its arcades and medieval architecture, offers a perfect setting for these open-air flea markets. Invited dealers complement the permanent offerings of the fifteen resident exhibitors.

A professional selection for all budgets

Exclusively for professional flea market dealers, this outdoor market offers a rigorous selection of authentic and well-presented items. Vintage furniture, lighting, ceramics, antique tableware, paintings, trinkets from all eras... prices start at €10 and cover a wide range, allowing both seasoned collectors and beginners to find great treasures. Entry is completely free for visitors.

The Hôtel-Dieu in Châteaudun, a historic monument in the heart of the town, is a place steeped in history. Its galleries, arcades, and inner courtyard form a unique backdrop that enhances the flea market experience.
