The 38th Rencontres de Réquista were held on September 20 and 21, 2025, in the streets and squares of this bastide town in the Ségala region of Aveyron. Organized by the association Auto Rétro Aveyronnais, these two days brought together nearly 350 exhibitors along Avenue de Millau and in the town center, offering a vast flea market, a spare parts swap meet, and a large gathering of vintage collector vehicles—cars, motorcycles, and tractors from the era. Street entertainment, a mini funfair, and on-site catering contributed to the festive atmosphere of this free event, which has become a must-attend in Aveyron.
On September 20 and 21, 2025, the streets and squares of Réquista hosted the 38th Rencontres de Réquista, organized by the association Auto Rétro Aveyronnais. From 8 AM to 7 PM, nearly 350 exhibitors took over Avenue de Millau and the town center of this bastide founded in 1292, transforming the Ségala aveyronnais into a huge open-air market for the entire weekend.
The flea market offered a considerable range of goods: antique furniture, tableware, trinkets, tools, books, vintage clothing, and collectibles of all kinds. In parallel, the swap meet allowed vintage vehicle restorers to find mechanical spare parts, period accessories, and technical documentation. The inter-club gathering of vintage vehicles attracted many enthusiasts who came to exhibit collector automobiles, vintage motorcycles, and vintage agricultural tractors.
The street entertainment and the mini funfair enlivened the town for both days, while the food stalls offered Aveyron's gastronomic specialties to the thousands of visitors who came from all over the department and neighboring regions. Exhibitor registration took place on the day in front of the town hall, from 6 AM to 10 AM, at a cost of 10 euros for both days. Entry was free for all visitors.
