Le Pradet's autumn bargain-hunting return
After the July-August break, Le Pradet's monthly flea market resumes its Sunday ritual in mid-September. The event marks the school restart and draws an expanded audience: permanent residents back from holidays, Toulon-area Var locals, late-season holidaymakers. Turnout ranks among the best of the year.
Sellers have had the whole summer to sort their belongings: September stalls are often the richest. Crockery, books, vinyl, toys (including back-to-school items — bags, school books, supplies), clothing, baby gear, small furniture, trinkets, home decor. Seaside items retired after summer also appear.
As every month, municipal police run it. €10 pitch, town-hall registration, Monday-Friday 8:30am-noon. Contact: +33 4 94 21 32 16.
September is one of the Var coast's finest months: ideal temperatures, golden light, fewer tourists. Town-centre cafés welcome post-browsing shoppers.
With October and November to come, September opens the second half of the Pradet cycle before winter.
