The Valras-Plage seafront transforms into a giant street sale

Every first weekend of September, the Valras-Plage seafront hosts the largest street sale in the department. More than 200 exhibitors — traders, artisans, and individuals — take over the coastal promenade to offer ready-to-wear clothing, home goods, accessories, gastronomy, and all sorts of finds. On Saturday, the stalls remain open late until midnight, offering a unique shopping experience with your feet almost in the sand. On Sunday, the street sale continues from 9 am to 7 pm in a relaxed end-of-summer atmosphere.

A family-friendly seaside resort nestled at the mouth of the Orb River, Valras-Plage offers several kilometers of fine sandy beaches lined with maritime pines.
