For over thirty years, the AIDES Grande Braderie de la Mode has established itself as the unmissable solidarity fashion event in France. Born in 1993 from a partnership between the AIDES association and Marie-Claire magazine, this unique event brings together each summer hundreds of ready-to-wear and luxury brands around a shared goal: raising funds for the fight against HIV/AIDS. Over the editions, the Braderie has brought together more than a hundred donating brands — Gucci, Chloé, Isabel Marant, AMI Paris, Agnès b., Sandro, Kenzo, Christian Louboutin — which offer items at prices that defy competition (up to -70% off).

The Magasins Généraux: an industrial jewel in Pantin

For several years, the Braderie has made its home at the Magasins Généraux, 1 Rue de l'Ancien Canal in Pantin. This iconic cultural and events venue, housed in a former industrial building by the canal, provides a spectacular and spacious setting for this major event. Considerable humanitarian impact

Since its creation, the Grande Braderie has raised nearly €9 million in total — an average of €300,000 per edition — to fund AIDES' HIV/AIDS prevention, support and advocacy work in Île-de-France and Provence-Alpes-Côte d'Azur. Every ticket purchased (€2), every garment sold, directly contributes to AIDES' ground-level work.
