The 2025 edition of the ARCM's grand autumn car boot sale was held on Sunday, September 21st, by the Closiers lake in Montargis. Over 300 private exhibitors set up along the lake's banks for this highly anticipated autumn day. From dawn, bargain hunters flocked to discover treasures hidden on the stalls. The September sun accompanied the strollers throughout a friendly and festive day organized by ARCM volunteers.

Looking back at the 2025 edition
On Sunday, September 21, 2025, the Closiers lake in Montargis hosted the grand autumn car boot sale by ARCM (Amicale du Réveil de la Chaussée). Over 300 private exhibitors set up along the water's edge for this autumn day highly anticipated by treasure hunters from the Gâtinais and the entire region.
From 5:30 AM, exhibitors took their positions along the lake paths, under the soft morning light. Clothing, vintage toys, tableware, yellowed books, vinyl records, and decorative objects lined the stalls, offering an eclectic panorama typical of quality car boot sales. The fee of €3.50 per linear meter, with no prior reservation, allowed many individuals to participate spontaneously.
Catering, provided by ARCM volunteers, delighted exhibitors and visitors throughout the day. The warm and relaxed atmosphere, in the idyllic setting of the Closiers lake with its autumn colors, confirmed the success of this event. ARCM is already preparing for the 2026 edition, scheduled for September 20th.
