Review of the 2025 edition
On Saturday, September 13, 2025, Les Andelys vibrated to the rhythm of the Grand Déballage, gathering up to 800 exhibitors in the streets and squares of the medieval city. Since 1967, this annual event has been one of the most popular flea market events in Normandy and surrounding regions.
Individuals clearing out cellars and attics, and seasoned professionals, offered their finds side by side: antique furniture, tableware, silverware, paintings, books, old toys, tools, and objects from all eras. The incomparable setting of Les Andelys—banks of the Seine, half-timbered houses, and Château Gaillard overlooking—added to the charm of this intense day of bargain hunting, from the first light of dawn until mid-afternoon.
Bargain hunters from the Eure, Seine-Maritime, Yvelines, and Île-de-France regions were present, confirming the regional reach of this event approaching its 60th anniversary.
