Creative micro-fair and flea market in the heart of Poligny, capital of Comté
The Grand Dé-barbouillage is a unique event organized each year in March by Le Barboteur, a cultural and associative venue located at 52 Grande Rue in Poligny. Far from classic flea markets, this event presents itself as a creative micro-fair combining treasure hunting, crafts, and taste discoveries.
Le Grand Dé-barbouillage offers a hybrid format where flea market exhibitors, local creators, and producers of natural wines and fermented beverages meet. The event unfolds on the Grande Rue in Poligny, with tastings offered at 48 Grande Rue complementing the main fair.
Poligny, a sub-prefecture of the Jura, is known as the capital of Comté. A city of art and history nestled at the foot of the first Jura plateau, it offers a remarkable heritage setting for this type of event. The Grande Rue, the main artery of the town, features beautiful old facades and provides an ideal setting for strolling and treasure hunting.
Scheduled for March, the Grand Dé-barbouillage marks the end of winter and the beginning of the flea market season in the Jura. It attracts a curious audience, lovers of art, flea markets, and good local products. Admission is free, and the atmosphere is warm and relaxed.
Le Barboteur, 52 Grande Rue, 39800 Poligny. Additional tastings at 48 Grande Rue.
From 1 PM to 6 PM.
