Every year around August 15th, the shopping streets of Sète city center transform into a huge open-air market. Shops spill onto the sidewalks and squares, offering ready-to-wear clothing, accessories, decor, and local specialties at unbeatable prices. From 9 am to 7 pm, shoppers stroll among the stalls, enjoying the Mediterranean sun and the festive atmosphere. Parades animated by artists cross the shopping streets at 10 am and 5 pm, adding a touch of spectacle to this day of great deals.

Sète, the unique island between sea and lagoon

Nicknamed the Venice of Languedoc, Sète stretches between the Mediterranean Sea and the Thau lagoon, crossed by its iconic canals. Mont Saint-Clair overlooks the city from its 183 meters, offering a breathtaking panorama of the Hérault coastline.
