The 38th edition of the Foire aux Puces de Claunhac took place on Sunday, June 22, 2025, on the foirail square of Claunhac, a hamlet in the commune of Salles-Courbatiès in Aveyron. True to its tradition of a friendly village fair, this edition once again transformed the foirail square into a vast open-air flea market, in the bucolic setting of this small rural village in western Aveyron.
From 9 a.m. to 6 p.m., exhibitors—both private and professional—offered a wide range of flea market items: antique furniture, tableware, trinkets, books, toys, second-hand clothing, old tools, and curiosities of all kinds. Bargain hunters, coming from Villefranche-de-Rouergue, Figeac, and the surrounding villages, scoured the aisles in search of rare finds or good deals.
As every year, the APE of Salles-Courbatiès had organized family activities to enhance the day: face painting for children, artisanal Italian ice cream, and a food and drink area to refresh and refuel between finds. Free entry and the picturesque setting of the hamlet of Claunhac, by the Diège river, contributed to the success of this 38th edition, confirming the fair's place among the most popular flea market events in western Aveyron.
