The Foire à Tout de La Saucelle, a summer event in the Perche d'Eure-et-Loir

Every year in July, La Saucelle hosts its big foire à tout. The event takes place on the Place de l'Église and extends along the D146 to the Pont Saint-Jacques, thus occupying the entire heart of the village. Private sellers offer furniture, tableware, clothing, toys, books, trinkets, and various items at very attractive prices.

The fair is accompanied by numerous activities: free parking on site, catering offered by local associations, and entertainment and games for the whole family. Pitches are available at €1.50 per linear meter, a particularly accessible rate that encourages the widest participation. The 2025 edition was held on July 6; the 2026 edition is scheduled for July 5.

La Saucelle, a village in the Perche eurelien

La Saucelle is a small village in the Eure-et-Loir department with about 197 inhabitants, located in the communauté de communes des Forêts du Perche. With an area of 14.3 km², the village is nestled in a typical bocage and forest landscape of the Perche, on the border of Normandy. Its town hall is located at 5 rue des Pesles. This green and authentic setting gives the foire à tout a particularly appreciated rustic atmosphere for visitors.
