35 editions of an unmissable car boot sale

The Autheuil-Authouillet car boot sale has established itself over the years as one of the most important flea market events in the Évreux conurbation. On its 35th edition, it brings together around 220 exhibitors and is a major event for bargain hunters from the Eure and neighboring departments.

A gathering of 220 exhibitors at Easter

Organized traditionally for Easter weekend, the Autheuil-Authouillet car boot sale takes advantage of the first fine days of spring to welcome its many participants. With its approximately 220 exhibitors, it offers a particularly wide range of goods: furniture, crockery, household linen, clothing, books, records, toys, tools, and a thousand everyday objects from yesteryear. This density of exhibitors ensures visitors long hours of fruitful hunting.

Autheuil-Authouillet in the Iton valley

The commune of Autheuil-Authouillet is located about fifteen kilometers west of Évreux, in the beautiful Iton valley. This Norman village with its preserved hedgerows offers a rural and authentic setting for this large car boot sale. The Iton river, flowing nearby, adds to the green and peaceful atmosphere of this spring event.

Well-established organization

After 35 editions, the organization of the Autheuil-Authouillet car boot sale is perfectly in place. Exhibitors set up early in the morning, and the event welcomes the public all day. Entry is free for visitors, and a refreshment stand is usually run on-site by local volunteers.
