Although spaces are allocated without prior reservation, on a first-come, first-served basis with vehicles from 6:30 AM, the organization ensures a smooth welcome and optimal placement.

Exhibitors set up from 6:30 AM with their vehicles on a first-come, first-served basis, without prior reservation. The rate is €3 per linear meter (minimum 4 meters).
