Every first of May, the town of Sully-sur-Loire celebrates Labor Day with an original and colorful event: the garden sale and car boot sale organized by the Sully Saint-Germain association. Located on the banks of the Loire, in front of the old slaughterhouses, this event happily combines a traditional flea market and a plant market.

A Unique Event: The Garden Sale

The unique feature of this event is the combination of a classic car boot sale and a garden sale. Exhibitors can offer second-hand trinkets, clothes, and toys as well as plants, flowers, vegetables, cuttings, gardening tools, and outdoor decorations. This dual purpose attracts a varied clientele: bargain hunters, amateur gardeners, decoration enthusiasts, and families.
