Edition Août 2025 — Foire Antiquités Allanche
The 49th edition of the Foire à la Brocante et Antiquités d'Allanche was held from August 1st to 3rd, 2025, in the municipal park. Organized by Les Amis du Vieil Allanche, this nationally renowned fair brought together about 120 carefully selected professional exhibitors. Folk art, antique jewelry, period furniture, paintings, and collectibles attracted bargain hunters from all over France. An expert was present for the three days to authenticate and appraise visitors' items. The 2026 edition will mark the 50th anniversary of this Cantal institution.

Review of the 49th edition (2025)
From Friday, August 1st to Sunday, August 3rd, 2025, the municipal park of Allanche hosted the 49th edition of the Foire à la Brocante et Antiquités, organized by the association Les Amis du Vieil Allanche. Some 120 professional exhibitors, carefully selected, filled the shaded alleys of the park to offer a remarkable selection of folk art, antique jewelry, period furniture, paintings, and collectibles.
The expert present during the three days conducted numerous consultations and appraisals, a service highly appreciated by visitors who sometimes came with inherited items. Attendance was excellent, confirming the fair's status as the most important antiques and flea market event in Cantal and all of Auvergne. Photographer Philippe Glaize captured the event in a souvenir album. The 2026 edition will mark the 50th anniversary of this Cantal institution.
