The hamlet of Grusse, located in the municipality of Val-Sonnette (formerly Vincelles) in the south of the Jura, hosts a traditional flea market every year in September. Organized by the Beautification Committee of Grusse, this event has become an anticipated gathering for bargain hunters from the Porte du Jura.

A Shaded Flea Market

The stalls are set up along the Grande Rue of Grusse, taking advantage of shaded outdoor pitches. The pitches are offered at 2 euros per meter. You can find the traditional bric-a-brac of rural flea markets: old dishes, trinkets, tools, reclaimed furniture, vintage clothing, used books, and vinyl records.
