The exhibitors, mostly individuals from the village and surroundings, offer the typical bric-à-brac of Picardy attics: old tableware, linen, clothes, toys, books, records, small furniture, tools and trinkets. Prices are gentle and bargaining is an integral part of the pleasure.

Estrées-Mons is a commune born from the merging of several Santerre villages, at the heart of a landscape shaped by intensive agriculture: large plots of sugar beet, wheat and potatoes typical of the Somme plains. The region, deeply marked by the First World War, was largely rebuilt in the 1920s. The church and typical farms bear witness to this rebuilt rural heritage, guardian of an authentic Picardy identity.
