Eichhoffen Firefighters' Association Flea Market

A flea market in the heart of the Alsace vineyards

The Eichhoffen Firefighters' Association Flea Market is an annual charitable event organized in the charming wine-growing village of Eichhoffen, nestled on the Alsace Wine Route between Barr and Obernai. The local volunteer firefighters and their association mobilize their volunteers to offer bargain hunters a festive and friendly day in the exceptional setting of the Alsatian vineyards.

A diversity of items for all tastes

At the stalls, bargain hunters discover a wide variety of goods: antiques, rustic furniture, crockery and porcelain, knick-knacks, vinyl records, books, old toys, vintage clothing, household linens, tools, lights, postcards, advertising items, small furniture and collectibles.

A charitable event for the firefighters

The proceeds from the flea market go directly to the Eichhoffen Firefighters' Association. Throughout the day, the bar and food stand offer Alsatian specialties: grilled meats, fries, flammekueche, pretzels, Alsatian wines, local beers and homemade pastries.

Eichhoffen, pearl of the Alsatian vineyards

Eichhoffen is a wine-growing village of about 520 inhabitants located on the Alsace Wine Route, between Barr and Obernai, about thirty kilometers south of Strasbourg. Its terroir produces excellent white wines — Riesling, Gewurztraminer, Pinot Gris, Pinot Blanc and Sylvaner.
