Craft exhibition, plant market and car boot sale in the village of Labatut-Rivière
The Craft Exhibition, Plant Market and Car Boot Sale of Labatut-Rivière brings three events into one in the heart of this small village of about 400 inhabitants in the north of the Hautes-Pyrénées. Local artisans, nurserymen and private sellers come together for a spring day to offer handmade creations, seasonal plants and second-hand items. A rural and authentic appointment in the Bigorre countryside.
Every spring, the village of Labatut-Rivière comes alive for a day combining a craft exhibition, plant market and car boot sale. Local artisans showcase their creations (pottery, jewelry, carved wood, textiles), while nurserymen and amateur gardeners offer vegetable seedlings, seasonal flowers, herbs and perennials. The car boot sale completes the offering with clothes, toys, books and everyday items.
Located in the Adour Madiran community of communes, at an altitude of about 160 meters, Labatut-Rivière is a typical rural village of the northern Pyrenean foothills. Surrounded by green hills and cultivated fields, this peaceful small town offers an idyllic setting for this event celebrating local craftsmanship and gardening. The event contributes to the vitality of this rural area and attracts visitors from surrounding communes.
The Craft Exhibition, Plant Market and Car Boot Sale of Labatut-Rivière returns on Sunday April 26, 2026. Free entry.
