Costumed and festive car boot sale in Valromey, in the heart of Bugey
The costumed car boot sale of Valromey-sur-Séran stands out from classic events with its original concept: exhibitors and visitors are invited to come in costume for a treasure hunt like no other. This mix of flea market and costume party creates a unique and friendly atmosphere that attracts families.
The town of Valromey-sur-Séran is located in Bugey, the southern part of the Jura massif, in the east of the Ain department. This green valley crossed by the Séran offers a remarkable natural setting between mountains and forests. The village is located about 60 kilometers east of Bourg-en-Bresse and near Belley.
The car boot sale takes place on the third Sunday of April, from 7 am to 5 pm. The festival committee provides refreshments and food throughout the day. The exhibitor fee is 2 euros per meter. Entry is free for visitors and fancy dress is highly encouraged for everyone.
From Bourg-en-Bresse, take the D979 then the D31 towards Valromey (about 1 hour). From Belley, follow the D69 then the D31 (about 25 minutes).
Free parking near the event venue.
Refreshments and catering provided by the festival committee.
