The Saint-Romans-lès-Melle Flea Market: More Than Just a Flea Market
Each year, the Détente Loisirs association organises this annual flea market that goes beyond a simple garage sale. On the Place du Champ de Foire and Place du Temple, exhibitors — both private and professional — display a wide range of items: antique furniture, trinkets, crockery, books, decorative objects and various curiosities.
Solex Parade and Vintage Cars
One of the main attractions is the accompanying entertainment: a Solex parade at 10am and a vintage car exhibition bring an extra touch of nostalgia and conviviality.
A Lively Mellois Village
Saint-Romans-lès-Melle is a small commune in the Pays Mellois, located a few kilometres from Melle. Its Romanesque church, wash-houses and stone houses make it a pleasant place.
