The Chanteurs de Bordères, a cultural and musical association of Bordères-sur-l'Échez, regularly organize car boot sales on Place Jean Jaurès, the beating heart of this town in the Tarbes conurbation. From 7am to 6pm, exhibitors set up their outdoor stalls and offer a wide choice of second-hand items: clothes, toys, tableware, trinkets, books, tools and small furniture. Stand space is €3 per linear meter, tables not provided.

With over 5,300 inhabitants, Bordères-sur-l'Échez is one of the most populated communes on the outskirts of Tarbes. Place Jean Jaurès, where the town hall is located, is the nerve center of the town. The Chanteurs de Bordères enliven local cultural life and use these car boot sales to offer a refreshment stand, crêpes and a full midday meal, turning the event into a true village celebration. Free coffee offered to all exhibitors upon arrival.
