Champignol's Annual Flea Market
Every summer, the Champignol Neighbourhood Committee organises its flea market on the local market square, one of Saint-Maur-des-Fossés's most vibrant public spaces. This annual event, eagerly awaited by local residents and bargain hunters from across Val-de-Marne, offers an intimate, warm atmosphere that larger markets simply can't replicate.
A Market Square Full of Treasures
From 8 AM, the Place du Marché de Champignol fills with stalls run by enthusiastic private sellers. Furniture, clothing, toys, books, records, decorative objects, tableware — the diversity of goods reflects the richness of the neighbourhood itself. This flea market is a wonderful opportunity to declutter while finding great deals, all in a spirit of sharing and circular economy.
