The car boot sale of the patronal festival in Régny
Every year, the commune of Régny hosts a car boot sale as part of its village patronal festival. The event unfolds in the streets of the town, mainly on Rue Georges Fouilland, offering a pleasant treasure hunting experience for visitors.
With around 100 pitches available, this car boot sale attracts individuals and bargain hunters from the Rhins valley and surrounding areas. The stalls are full of crockery, toys, clothes, books, trinkets, and small furniture at attractive prices. The exhibitor fee is 5 euros for a 5-meter pitch with a vehicle, or 1 euro per meter without a vehicle.
Located in the north of the Loire department, between Roanne and Amplepuis, Régny is a rural village crossed by the Rhins river. Its old town center and narrow streets offer an authentic setting for this summer flea market day. The village festival, of which the car boot sale is one of the highlights, allows visitors to discover the friendly atmosphere of this Loire commune.
The car boot sale is held from 7 am to 5 pm in the streets of the town. Entry is free for visitors. Drinks and light refreshments are available on site. Free parking on the outskirts of the village.
