Annual car boot sale in the heart of Neuillé-Pont-Pierre, in the Gâtinais tourangeau
The Neuillé-Pont-Pierre car boot sale takes over the town center of this dynamic commune in northern Touraine. The exhibitors, mainly individuals, offer a wide selection of second-hand items: clothes, toys, dishes, books, small furniture, tools, decorations, vinyl records, trinkets, and various curiosities. The atmosphere is family-friendly and relaxed, conducive to great discoveries at low prices.
Neuillé-Pont-Pierre is a commune of about 2,000 inhabitants located about thirty kilometers north of Tours, in the Gâtinais tourangeau. The town is crossed by the Choisille, a tributary of the Loire, and retains a rich heritage: the Romanesque church of Saint-Pierre, former priory, half-timbered houses, and restored washhouses. The commune is also known for its lively markets and its active community life.
The car boot sale is held on a Sunday in May, with free entry for visitors. Refreshments and food are available on site. Parking is easy on the outskirts of the town center.
