A car boot sale at the covered halls of the Lavoir

Each spring, the association L'Outil en Main organizes its car boot sale at the Halles couvertes du Lavoir, rue de Munchhouse in Bains-sur-Oust. This covered and bright space offers an ideal setting for exhibitors and visitors, protected from bad weather. From 9 am to 5 pm, individuals offer a wide choice of second-hand items: clothing, toys, tableware, books, tools, small furniture and various bric-a-brac. Entry is free and catering is available on site.

Bains-sur-Oust, at the crossroads of the Pays de Redon

A commune of about 3,800 inhabitants located 5 km north of Redon, Bains-sur-Oust is at the crossroads of three departments (Ille-et-Vilaine, Morbihan, Loire-Atlantique). Crossed by the Oust, a tributary of the Vilaine, the commune is known for its natural heritage linked to wetlands and floodplains. The Halles du Lavoir, a renovated and covered former washhouse, is an emblematic place of community life, hosting markets, association events and cultural activities.

The association L'Outil en Main, whose primary mission is to pass on artisanal know-how to younger generations, organizes this car boot sale to finance its activities.
