The Gravier esplanade, a large promenade in Agen along the Garonne, regularly hosts one of the most important car boot sales in Lot-et-Garonne. Organized by the association La Villette se réveille, this popular event brings together exhibitors and bargain hunters in an exceptional setting by the river. The event is held on the first Sunday of April and on a regular schedule throughout the year.
The Gravier esplanade is one of the most beautiful urban promenades in Nouvelle-Aquitaine. This large pedestrian area lined with century-old trees by the Garonne offers an ideal setting for strolling among the stalls. Exhibitors offer clothing, furniture, trinkets, books, vinyl records, toys, and various other items. Refreshments and food are available on-site, allowing you to spend a full day. Admission is free for visitors, and the price for exhibitors is €2.50 per linear meter.
Agen (47000), prefecture of Lot-et-Garonne with approximately 35,000 inhabitants, is known for its prunes and rugby. The city has a rich heritage with its Saint-Caprais Cathedral and its Museum of Fine Arts. Its dynamic associative fabric generates numerous car boot sales and flea markets throughout the year.
