Treasure hunting and crafts in the heart of Haute Lande
The Bourriot-Bergonce festival committee organizes an annual car boot sale and creators' market in the center of this small village in Haute Lande. This festive and family-friendly event combines the tradition of the car boot sale, where individuals offer their second-hand items, with a creators' market highlighting local artisanal know-how.
Bourriot-Bergonce is a rural commune of about 400 inhabitants, nestled in the maritime pine forest between Roquefort and Captieux. This typical Haute Lande village, born from the merger of the former communes of Bourriot and Bergonce, retains an authentic charm with its traditional houses and church. The event takes place in the village center, easily accessible from the D932.
In addition to the car boot sale and the creators' market, a gourmet market is offered to visitors. Local Landes products are featured: foie gras, confits, sheep cheeses, and artisanal pastries. This triple offering allows for a full day in Bourriot-Bergonce, between treasure hunting, artisanal discoveries, and gastronomic pleasures.
