The Coudreceau Car Boot Sale and Garden Sale

Every May, the village of Coudreceau (28400) hosts one of the most original events in the Eure-et-Loir flea market calendar: the car boot sale and garden sale organized by AFLAC. This spring event combines two types of sales that naturally find their place with the arrival of warmer weather: traditional second-hand stalls (clothing, books, crockery, toys, knick-knacks) and stalls selling plants, shrubs, seeds, and gardening items.

This hybrid formula attracts both classic bargain hunters and amateur gardeners, creating a particularly lively and colorful atmosphere. In a single visit, visitors can find an old book, a trinket, or a piece of crockery, but also leave with tomato plants, perennials, or shrubs to beautify their garden.

AFLAC, the organizing association

AFLAC is the organizing association for this annual event. It manages exhibitor reception, space organization, and day-to-day animation. The event takes place on the communal grounds of Coudreceau, in the green setting of the Perche eurelien.

Coudreceau, a Percheron village at the crossroads of Perche and Dunois

Coudreceau (28400) is a village located in the Perche region of Eure-et-Loir, on the border between Perche and Dunois. This transitional area, between the bocage of Perche and the plains of Beauce, is characterized by its green landscapes, undergrowth, and meadows. The garden sale finds a particularly suitable setting here, as the inhabitants of the area are often passionate about gardening and horticulture. The commune is near Nogent-le-Rotrou and La Loupe.
