The Comité des Fêtes de Jarrie organizes a car boot sale every year at Parc du Clos Jouvin, one of the most beautiful green spaces in the town. This park, formerly owned by the Jouvin family, famous for its gloves, offers a particularly pleasant setting for a day of outdoor bargain hunting.

A human-sized event

With around thirty exhibitors, this car boot sale retains an intimate format that is part of its charm. No crowds or jostling: you can browse peacefully among the stalls arranged under the park's trees. The exhibitors are mainly residents of Jarrie and neighboring towns who offer everyday items, crockery, clothes, toys, and trinkets at very affordable prices.

Parc du Clos Jouvin

Parc du Clos Jouvin is a wooded area of several hectares located in the heart of Jarrie. It takes its name from Xavier Jouvin, inventor of the glove cutting process that made Grenoble's fortune in the 19th century. The park, owned by the municipality, hosts various events throughout the year and is a popular walking spot for residents.
