Car boot sale of Baziège

The Baziège Car Boot Sale, on the Allées Paul Marty

Every year in June, the association l'Âge d'Or in Baziège organizes a car boot sale on the Allées Paul Marty, the main street of the village. This car boot sale brings together about 90 private sellers offering clothes, toys, books, trinkets, crockery, small furniture, and various items at low prices. The tree-lined alleys offer a pleasant setting for strolling and hunting for treasures.

Baziège, a Village in Lauragais

Baziège is a commune of over 3,500 inhabitants, located in the Lauragais region, about twenty kilometers southeast of Toulouse. The village is crossed by the Canal du Midi, a UNESCO World Heritage site, and benefits from a prime geographical location on the Toulouse-Castelnaudary axis. L'Âge d'Or, the Organizing Association

The association l'Âge d'Or of Baziège, which brings together the seniors of the commune, is behind this annual car boot sale. The event helps to create intergenerational connections and to liven up the town center. A refreshment stand and food are provided on-site by the association's volunteers.
