About sixty exhibitors animated the square, followed in the evening by cabbage soup, a popular dance, and fireworks by Chenereilles en Fête. A Haut-Lignon tradition true to its reputation.

August 15 Chenereilles Car Boot Sale 2025
On August 15, 2025, the village square of Chenereilles hosted the annual car boot sale organized by the association Par Monts et Par Mots. About sixty exhibitors had booked their spot at €3 for 3 meters, offering visitors a fine selection of second-hand items. Peacock feathers, unusual trinkets, and everyday objects animated the stalls on this summer day at altitude.
Children's games contributed to the family atmosphere of the day, while the refreshment stand provided food. In the evening, the association Chenereilles en Fête offered its traditional cabbage soup from 7 p.m., followed by a popular dance and fireworks that lit up the Haut-Lignon sky, offering a spectacle appreciated by all participants in this beautiful day of celebration.
