Car Boot Sale APEL of Landemont, Orée-d'Anjou

The APEL of Landemont organizes its car boot sale each year in the territory of Orée-d'Anjou (49530), a new commune created in 2016 bringing together several villages in the Loire valley between Anjou and Nantes. This family and solidarity event is one of the significant associative gatherings of the local calendar.

Private exhibitors, families and residents of Landemont and surrounding communes offer a wide variety of items for sale: clothing of all sizes, toys and games, books and comics, crockery and linens, tools and garden equipment, decorative objects, antiques and various curiosities. Entry is free for visitors.

The proceeds from the event are entirely donated to the school activities of the Landemont school, financing educational trips, equipment and cultural projects for the students. Local solidarity and a friendly spirit are at the heart of this event that unites the entire village community.

Landemont and Orée-d'Anjou

Landemont is one of the delegated communes of Orée-d'Anjou (49530), a vast new commune in Maine-et-Loire that stretches along the north bank of the Loire, between Champtoceaux and Saint-Florent-le-Vieil. This territory of the Communauté de communes Loire Divatte sur Loire is crossed by the Loire à Vélo (Loire by bike) and offers exceptional panoramas of the river and the hillsides.

Landemont is perched on the heights overlooking the Loire, offering remarkable views of the royal river. Muscadet vines cover part of the territory, testifying to this area's belonging to the production zone of the famous Loire white wine.
